Vision Development & Construction has been building commercial projects in Atlanta and across the Southeast since 1991. We’re privately held, boutique in size, and we build our teams around each client — not the other way around.
Most general contractors are builders. That’s it. They show up after the financing is done, wait for a set of plans, and build what they’re handed. We operate differently.
We get involved early — sometimes before a deal is even fully structured — and we stay engaged through every phase until the keys are handed over and the closeout file is clean. Banking, capital support, business modeling, cash flow analysis, construction loan underwriting — we’ve built those capabilities deliberately over 35 years, and we put them to work for clients who need more than just a builder.
There’s a real niche in being on the front end of a deal and helping get it across the finish line. We know how banks underwrite construction loans. We know what lenders want to see. When a client needs that kind of support, we can sit across the table from their bank and be useful in a way most GCs simply can’t.
